If you haven’t taken a scroll through the historic streets of Olde Towne Elkhorn recently, you’re probably going to be in for a big surprise! You’ll still find all of your favorites here but you probably won’t believe the growth and expansion that has been happening!

The shops, restaurants and services are no longer limited to Main Street - Both 205th Street and Elkhorn Drive have seen new businesses moving into existing spaces as well as new construction ready to host a variety of new, friendly neighbors!

Here are a couple of the highlights when it comes to new construction:

The building that used to host Bella Vita (on the corner of Main and Elkhorn Drive) is undergoing some serious renovations and we are waiting with baited breath to share exciting news about what this new business(es) will be! Stay tuned and check back often and be among the first to know when more information is released.

Just across the street (on the west side of Main Street at Elkhorn Drive) finishing touches are being made to a beautiful new building - but, one new neighbor has already moved in and they have already proven to be a Fan Favorite in Downtown Elkhorn!

Coneflower Creamery opened their doors just a couple of weeks ago and let’s just say that there have been a lot of really happy people in our little town since then!

Coneflower’s upstairs neighbor will be RAEVA Mane Street Oasis and we are really excited to welcome them to the neighborhood - learn more about their offerings and services! We will be adding them to our business list in the near future as we get more information.

Travel west on Elkhorn Drive for just a bit and you’ll see Elkhorn Landing - buildings one and two. Building One was completed quite some time ago and features offices on the lower floor and Foster’s Mercantile on the main floor. The third and fourth floors are residential with 6 condos for rent and one privately owned condo on the fourth floor. Elkhorn Landing Two is nearly finished and will be strictly commercial with a whole host of new businesses to add to the neighborhood! Cedar Creek Coffee & Art is expected to open this Fall on the lower level while Fluff, an Interior Design firm and store will open in August as their upstairs neighbor. The third floor of building two features single office suites available for lease now with move in dates expected in July. The top floor will host the builders of Elkhorn Landing One and Two - Choice Homes.

We have one more new building to tell you about! On the southwest side of 205th street, you’ll notice a brand new three story building that surely has some pretty amazing views! This new construction is the home of The Nomad at the Olde Towne Grove - an event and meeting space that promises to inspire a lot of creativity and productivity in those that utilize their facilities!
